The council don’t have any council housing so are reliant on the housing associations to provide accommodation when it becomes available. Most of the horror stories I’ve heard have been issues with anti social behaviour in the hostels/ b&bs where people are temporarily housed but I’m not sure how to fix that. Do agree that some of the temporary flats and hostels/ b&bs are in bad condition.
