£45k is a lot more than the median salary here, you'll be fine. You won't be rich but your budget looks very healthy especially as you don't have kids.

Not that it's a big difference in your budget, but living alone gives you a 25% discount on council tax.
You might also want to add on insurances in your budget though that shouldn't be a major cost.
