Don't see any problems with that. My Mum and Dad packed a load of square sausage and black pudding on a European flight back in October. Don't know who you're flying with but EasyJet are only allowing hand baggage that fits under the seat in front of you so the Teacakes will need to go in a suitcase in the hold. Have a good trip!
