| Comment | Unpopular opinion by I agree. They were parked in a cycle lane which is why they were fined. They said they had permission from Celtic to be there, which can't have been true as it's not private land. Celtic do have a few car parks on site though, and could probably give them free space in future if they wanted to.
Agreed that maybe the parking officers should try to show some discretion and fairness... but did they not try to move them on first before issuing the fines?
