My bank said it was fraud as he’d taken money then not fitted the new boiler so they challenged the payment with his bank but he’d wiped out his account so it couldn’t be claimed back. My bank then said his bank closed his account and there will be “markers” if he tries to open another one
Good shout re Gas Safe, didn’t know about them - I’ll get in touch with them!!! I went via Citizens Advice for the money, they sent me docs for a resolution scheme to send to him. He’s ignored them so far. |
