I’d get in touch with them too. Landlords have an obligation to get these things checked so don’t let them fob you off. If it’s a council or factor managed close then definitely tell them it needs inspected ASAP. Tell them you that you obviously don’t feel safe there until it’s checked out and that should get them moving.
It’s also good to have records of reporting these things so your landlord can’t accuse you of causing the damage when it comes to leaving the property etc |
