Leaky roof is a nightmare not cuz its hard to fix...its because try to find a roofing company who actually turn up....if its a flat your Landlord need to contact every owner in the building as roof is common area and they will all need to pay their share.i have leaky roof too around the headboard in the window....if it's heavy rain prob a mop 🪣 of water the result and that is since last August....Good luck....
Ps its safe but I would smack a bit n tell your landlord its came off own it is own so he have no choice but fix it....they tend to avoid costs come whit maintance. |
