| Comment | Seems needlessly inflexible but I understand because of the bean counters scrounging for every penny off of the people of Glasgow. The city is broke and I'm sure pressure is on for money to be extracted by the way of fines. Funny though you never see a traffic warden in Dumbreck extracting fines from the illegally parked Rangers fans. They would generate thousands every match, yet the council claims it's not cost effective. |
