I'm not a traffic warden or a polis and I don't cut about fake ticketing someone. BTW there are plenty of car parking places that Celtic could have offered them in the first place to avoid all this. They did offer it eventually, the folk collecting refused and they got brilliant publicity for their cause so there you go.
