| Comment | didn't want to read and not reply. I haven't seen a counsellor in Glasgow but I do know that if you can afford to see someone privately, some accredited counsellors charge fees that depend on your income. Hope you get some good recommendations.
I think a lot of us feel like we're going through the motions some days. You might feel alone but I guarantee you walk past people on the street every day who are struggling as much as you, in their own way. Personally I've found SSRIs helpful in managing my anxiety - not a cure, but gave me enough of a buffer that I was able to function day to day until I gradually began to feel less crazy.
