I haven't shot every film but I've found Edinburgh and Glasgow look great with ilford Delta and Kodak Porta. I shot Ektar and Portra in the Highlands when I lived in Inverness and Portra was always the winner, Ektar just didn't come out great - I think it always needs to be shot in a very bright and sunny situation. Delta is nice in seaside towns and cliffs and such to make it all look really sharp, I wouldn't recommend it for landscapes.

Overall, and probably a surprise to no one, Kodak Portra is a very safe choice for most situations.
