I always get obsessed with traffic flow, and I can't quite get transport right. So I hear you're supposed to get buses to collect people in smaller areas to transit on higher capacity transport modes like the metro. There's always one spot where ~500 people want to get on a bus! I'm slowly improving though, hopefully.
