| Comment | It sounds easy but actually very difficult. There is a level of complexity involved in managing the movement of 700,000 residents plus commuters. I've done some traffic modelling systems and it's a lot harder than you think. minor seeming changes can have major consequences. Pedestrians will always do the dumbest things that why the responsibility is put on to the vehicle operators. |
