This year? Numerous times with fuds on scooters. I'm all for electric bikes and scooters but using them irresponsibly is another thing. Going as fast as the scooter goes on a congested pavement coming up behind people is dangerous. That person in front can take a side step not knowing the scooter user is there and knock each other down. Use a fucking bell like cyclists do.
