I worked there for a bit. Transport was great. You could jump on a tram and be in St. Kilda for a beer in 10 minutes. I used to visit pals up in Kilsyth and the trains (was it Flinders Street?) were brilliant. For any confused people, a lot of places in Melbourne are named after places in Scotland.
