From a tenants side: DJ Alexander have been superb.
A bit inflexible in terms of keys handover, but otherwise great. Had an issue with the washing machine - got fixed the same day! Some issues with communal door, got fixed in a matter of days as well.
Very positive experience so far, especially regarding the maintenance.
