Drug use doesn't make someone a junkie, there's plenty of folk with habits who don't fuck other people over to fund them. What makes someone a junkie is when they decide to completely opt out - openly deal in the middle of the city centre, shoot up in doorways, and rob, assault and murder other people for drugs.
