| Comment | To play Devil's advocate here. We had students upstairs who were total pricks for a year. Parties during the week. Folk all over the close. He even called the noise folk on us, even though we are quiet as can be. I am not saying that is you by any means, but there are always two sides to a story. Maybe there is a history to it. There may have been assholes before you and the memory lingers.
What is needed is some kind of dialogue. You need to talk. Perhaps the noise is unbearable for the person living there. I dunno. Not my party. But there is clearly a problem here which is not going to be resolved by putting cams in or other suggestions on here. The person(s) could have been in the flat for years, and you are, what they would regard as, the next bunch. Could you write a decent letter and post it through the letterbox? This needs to be handled calmly and in a friendly manner, otherwise it will just escalate.
