| Comment | I'm so frustrated right now.
I finally got my offer on a house accepted. Quickly too, as I went over 10% the home report value. I have sufficient deposit and some extra for the fees and relocation costs. Only to shockingly discover yesterday that banks will only lend money based on the home report value, not on the accepted offer.
I've been house hunting for months and have made several unsuccessful offers, and I can't believe I never knew this!!
Now I have to find the excess (5 figure amount) or I'll lose this awesome house. FML🤦🏽♂️ |
