| Comment | Small vent: received a letter around 10th October to say the DWP sent me a PIP review form to complete but I hadn't received it - called them up on 3 separate days and after 47 minutes on hold the third day got through to someone who sent another form out. Received a new form around 27th October to be returned by 22nd November, got my info together and sent it back on 11th November (there's a postbox 8 steps from my front door so not the most difficult thing for me to do). Just received a letter today (dated 2nd December) to say they've stopped my payment from 1st December because they didn't receive the form on time. Siiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiigh! |
