I asked unite hospitality glasgow as well and they said "get everyone who you worke with to join our union". I'm just at my whits end. the owner pocketed £150 of my cold hard cash that he'd paid me and that I'd put in my lil pay pouch, and despite multiple staff telling him, and us only being cards and takeaway via uber etc, he claimed it was takings.
