I've so far had good experiences with them - last winter we had a day-long power cut and they were quick off the mark to come round with firewood and space heaters. So I think if I asked them about underfloor stuff they would at least consider it.
Where was it you had a look for the info? I'm seeing Home Energy Scotland at the moment and aye they're giving me a helpline to ring as well. |
