| Comment | Pretty sure it was HES where I started. They couldn't tell me anything on what was avaiyto help with costs, how to apply for it (did I do it, or did the contractor), what proof was needed, what was/wasn't covered. Just completely useless.
We've had more work done (which included **a lot** of insulation) and I never bothered to call them as they were just so thoroughly useless and frustrating last time.
