Comment	Don’t buy the flat. You’re going to get some people living there who will be in trouble and in desperate situations. People are housed temporarily here for all sorts of reasons, some of them because they’ve been ran out of their previous homes. It’s personally not a risk I would take. You’re lucky the owners of the flat even told you.
