yeah i had a super bad experience with the glasgow depo, i got a message telling me to wait in all day. then next day i got a message saying the parcel couldn't be delivered and was being returned to sender, i phoned up their customer support team and was told that "they tried to deliver it but no one was in" i called bullshit on that and asked them to find out the real reason. hour on hold and i'm told "they didn't think you lived there" i noticed though, the tracking details never said it was out for delivery and mentioned that. got told to wait for them to look into it. 2 days later i got a phone call saying "ok, so they didn't actually get the package" i call BS on that too because it scanned at the glasgow depo and i've worked in a package depo before. they told me they'd look into it. a week goes by and no reply. i get annoyed with them ignoring my emails so i write a bad review..... SUDDENLY they reply, i escalate the claim to the point where i think jesus and budda were working together to figure out what happened. then i get the email.

"the reason your package wasn't delivered was because the depo was too busy and doesn't have the space to leave packages safely overnight, we hope this doesn't taint your image of us and you continue to use us"

so, from ordering my package to actually getting my package (i had to have another one sent out and i requested a different delivery service) it took 3 months.

my tip for dealing with the customer service is write a bad review on trust pilot, then when they message you, ask to talk directly to the manager of the depo to find out what happened.
