Comment	How often are locals moving to a one bed flat? Unless it’s the child of parents who already live here there aren’t many options. People are who live here already aren’t moving to a one bed. I sold my 2 bed tenement for 13% over home report though so I was happy. Only loves there 3 years and made 60k on it.
