Waverley Gardens tenements are almost identical to some in Hyndland, particularly Durley drive/ airlie st. Those were starting to hit 200k 2 or 3 years ago, and are now 240-250 for a good one. So in relative terms, c. 200k for Waverley is where the market may be at unfortunately
