I, as a single person, bought a 2 bed flat, fixed price 185 on home report just by sheer luck. I was the first viewer, fell in love and made my.offer straight away.
However I couldn't believe that only a month or two later the flat next to me has soared to 200k+. I wouldn't be able to afford this now and I don't think it's going to stop any time soon :/
