Similar theme to us, we got our flat for valuation but only after we decided not to bother offering because we thought sellers would want too much for it. Estate agent called us back a week later and here we are.
Though just saw flat next door with 1 bed less and main door sold for just shy of 50k more 1 month later. What on earth!?
