Unless you have notes in and indications that subsequent bids will be in excess of your wildest dreams it’s not in your interest to close immediately.
Once the place does go to closing try calling for a viewing under a fake name, then for a repeat viewing. Listen to the tone and the way they talk about availability, should give you an idea of how busy the place is. |
