Looking at that map, Glasgow with the lightest blue surrounded by darker shades. Yeah, they aren't the worst in the UK, but they on the low side and surrounded on all sides by better recycling services. You can see in the article that upwards of 70% of the country can recycle tubs and trays so Glasgow is behind the curve.

Not sure about everyone else, but if they were to accept tubs and trays (plastic number 5) my complaints about 3 weekly green collections would go away, because these are often rigid items they take up a lot of space in the bin.
