| Comment | Hopefully they’ve changed things now but my friend tried so hard to rehome a dog a few years ago and it was impossible through sspca or dogs trust because they didn’t have their own garden. Even though they lived 10 steps from the entrance of a park, they wouldn’t entertain them without an enclosed garden. They ended up getting a puppy from a breeder. It seems so silly that there’s so much red tape :(
Maybe someone with more recent experience can say if it’s still as strict? |
