I'm quite near there. It's generally a fine wee area. No bad streets whatsoever, if it's the 4 in a block houses, the soundproofing isn't amazing, so if your neighbours are fannies, it can get annoying. Also dog shit is a major problem in Croftfoot if that's an issue for you.
