| Comment | Is there a will in place or did she pass intestate? If there is a will in place, contact the solicitor who drew it up. I’d cross post this in r/legalhelpuk and see what advice you can get.
Have you and the partner discussed the money? Admittedly it doesn’t look good but perhaps his actions aren’t as it seems, maybe he has moved the money but is intending to pay the funeral costs etc? |
