Been taking 4000 international units daily for two years and had a Vit D assay done last April. I was in the **lower** ok range. That really surprised me. Same for my other half. I thought I was going to be fortified like a corn flake. One of those tiny tablets from Tesco is going to do way less than a 4000 IU tablet.
