I missed this since you have edited since your initial reply. It effects me as someone who has been stuck renting a property, who is trying to buy, but there's a shortage of properties for sale because of pricks like you buying to let.
So you're not only targeting students, or temporary professionals. Your plan affects anyone in Glasgow not currently living in property they own.
