If so, no they won’t be. The Barrowlands tickets are sold through SeeTickets. It’s the same date but a different venue and (thankfully) nothing to do with the organisers of Playground/Junction 1.
If you search Junction 1 for other posts on this sub, someone had linked a statement to Flaming Lips FB message about the cancellation of the J1 gig.
If you haven’t heard anything about your refund, I’d suggest raising a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider. I sent mine screen shots of the J1 FB post noting the gig was cancelled, as well as shots of the Insta and website which had been taken down and I got a refund within an hour (Monzo bank).
