If it's something like Ikea then it's a waste of money TBH. Get a mate to give you a hand and just go slowly. Righty-tyighty, lefty-loosey and if it needs forced then it's probably wrong. There's probably videos on YouTube as well.
Any "handy man" type person should be able to do it though.
