| Comment | Clatty minger in my close was sitting at the front steps smoking and just throwing his fag ends on the bloody stairs. Was like an ashtray in the morning. I put up a very polite post it on the back of the front door. It stopped for a week or two, then just as bad. Eventually I put up another post-it with a few choice words. Now he chucks them in the garden. |
