Yeah it’s not appropriate when it gets into others homes to stink the place out. However they might not realise that it is happening since they go to the back door. I had a neighbour who did this in our tenement and you could smell the cigarettes all the way up the close. One day one of the neighbours got talking to him while he was out there and let him know that it could be smelt higher up and any chance he could smoke further out into the garden. He said he didn’t realise and did so after. Only occasionally got a whiff of it after that |
