| Comment | I live on the third floor too (highest floor) and I’d be ragin’ if someone smokes in my close. I shouldn’t have to walk through your cancer cloud to reach my front door. I think you’d be completely justified to say something. What I would say though is tread very lightly. Hopefully they’re understanding and receptive but if they aren’t, remember that you still need to live close by to them. |
