Report it to the council as if the person paid someone to clear out their rubbish and it was a real company then they'll have an invoice that shows who the real fly tipper was. I used one of these companies after my bins hadn't been collected for 6 weeks and one of my neighbours had sneaked into my garden to fill up what space was left. The guy that showed up just flung it in the back of his van and drove off. I've no idea if it ended up where it should have as the company was clearly just sub contracting out. |
