I phoned the police when someone blocked a main road. She was in her car on the main road waiting for her some to get some food. Stuck for ages. I called the police, they said not their issue. They said its for the council. I said council aren't contactable.
I told the 101 operator so in hind sight I can stop my car on the main street and its not illegal?
She said I shouldn't do that. I said yeah but nothings stopping me. It's not illegal. It's daft. |
