| Comment | It wasn't a highway. It was Cathcart road for context. The law I thought should act as a deterent as well. I don't expect the police to come, but atleast take their details from me and investigate or follow it up. Ie if the passenger in my car had a video that's evidence. If it was illegal the police would charge them at their address by running a check on there reg plate, that's the issue I didn't understand . I had proof they are blocking the road. But they didn't care. I agree its not a crime as such and more of a council issue but council can't be contacted. |
