Comment | If I may just add, please don’t try to forget through alcohol or anything as it will just be worse. The mental/physical comedown will land you before even square one. When I broke up after a long relationship I somehow focussed on being straight edge for a while going head first into fitness and working out. The routine and natural endorphins where great as was feeling like making progress on something and providing a clearer head.
I also highly recommend hiking somewhere beautiful as nature (for me at least) has a great calming, therapeutic effect. Take care my friend, it’ll get better. |
