Interesting. Embarrassingly enough whatever I did to my foot I also did on a night out (I can’t remember what it was though but woke up with the pain). I’ve been trying to go back to playing sports but it’s definitely making it worse. I suspect it’s a tendon issue but have the physio booked now and going to see if they can give me an assessment on it. Good to know there’s potential other options though. |
