I've had Factors before, getting them to fix anything was a fucking chore, so I figured this solution would work well. And I hate to be that cunt, but I managed to get into the first home fund, and it closed 2 days later, if I never went for this property, I'd still be living at my parents, genuinely it was all I could do.
But here I am, 6 months in, with no group email and no way to contact any of the landlords. I'm not entirely convinced the landlord a few floors up is even legally letting the property, I've seen easily 6 families go into that home at once. |
