| Comment | Appreciate the reply and insight, no disrespect to yourself or any of the staff - always had pleasant experiences from that perspective. I understand the knock on impact of delays but what I can’t fathom is the pricing and why other nations can run much slicker services, with more modern trains, connectivity and infrastructure for a fraction of the cost. Even simple things like overcrowding and lack of carriages on main lines (surely the technology exists to monitor capacity / seating / block the purchase option for tickets once X have been sold from station X to Y) |
