| Comment | It depends how good you are at avoiding/ignoring an angry neighbour. What you have to remember, Glasgow’s tenements were builtover a century ago, an age when clean running water was a god send, and I’m not sure sound proofing had been invented. If you are sure your downstairs neighbour isn't at home, jog untill your hearts content, but outside that, I’d keep off the treadmill if I were you, unless you are willing to put up with a rightly angry neighbour. |
