A new neighbour keeps slamming their door. The odd time fair enough but it’s every bloody time. There’s even a notice up in the close reminding everyone but they just ignore it. Any advice? I have a heart problem and it gives me a fright every time. I don’t want to be the grumpy neighbour about it though
